This Shipping Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and applies to all users ("you", "your") accessing or using the website www.the-moment.io ("Site") owned and operated by Mo Ment Media World LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding the shipment and delivery of physical products, if and when applicable.
1. Scope and Applicability
At present, The Moment is a digital publication offering online journalistic and subscription-based content. As such, no physical goods are shipped, and this Shipping Policy applies only in the event that the Company introduces physical merchandise or tangible products ("Products") for sale or distribution in the future.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Processing Time
All orders for physical Products, if introduced, will be processed within 10 business days of order confirmation and successful payment receipt. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the Product, availability, and order volume.
2.2 Shipping Methods and Partners
We will use reputable third-party courier or logistics providers to deliver Products. Delivery timelines and options will be displayed at checkout. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or customs clearance.
2.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and local regulations. Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
2.4 Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be specified at checkout. These charges are determined based on the delivery location, size, weight, and nature of the Product.
3. International Shipping
If and when international shipping is offered, additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing in the destination country.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable). Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may not always be reflected in real time.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. The Company will not be liable for any non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
In case of failed delivery due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective, or if items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@the-moment.io with relevant photographs and order details.
Upon verification, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
Replacement of the Product, if available
Repair or re-dispatch of the defective component
Refund as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Digital subscriptions are non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions. However, for physical Products, cancellations may be accepted before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval and credited through the original payment method used for purchase, subject to our internal verification process and applicable payment gateway timelines.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
